Tap the EQ List button and then plus (+) at the button right to save your own EQ Presets. If you get a setting that works for you, you can save it as a user preset and use it on more than one song. Anytune saves the EQ settings for each song. You can then adjust the ranges for the best results for your song. The EQ presets will provide a place to start. See this image of the frequency spectrum, instrument ranges and EQ tips. However, all songs are different and many instruments share many of the same frequencies. Specific instruments can be difficult to isolate with EQ settings because they have very wide dynamic range. The Isolate EQ presets attempt to boost the frequencies used by a specific instrument and suppress the others. You can use the FineTouchEQ to suppress and enhance specific frequencies and PAN capabilities to focus on an instrument that is on one side of the stage. This could help to focus or ignore on an instrument when learning or practicing along. See ReFrame - instrument and vocal isolation. The vertical range represents the frequencies and the horizontal range represents the position on-stage. You can include or exclude the frequencies inside or outside the window. You can use ReFrame to mute or solo a specific frequency range in a specific position on the sound stage. Check out this video or see Anytune's Jammer Tracks webpage.Anytune has a number of tools to help you focus on (or ignore) parts of the music including ReFrame, FineTouch EQ, balance and pan and even pitching up the song to find the bass line. You can restore these marks to songs playing in Anytune. These contain preset marks for navigation and looping.
